9 - RETURNS AND FREE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

12 - ORDER TREATMENT / SHIPPING

The entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data is Vinomatos, LDA - World Leaders in Mechanized Plantation.

All orders are sent by express courier EMS19 (Mainland Portugal and Islands) or EMS48 (Islands) from Monday to Friday;

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will begin to be dealt with on the following business day;

Orders sent by EMS19 to mainland Portugal will be delivered until 7 pm the next day (if business day) after the order is shipped.

 

13 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Vinomatos, LDA - World Leaders in Mechanized Plantation is dedicated to offering the best experience to its Clients. This extends to the assistance policy, where there is an effort to meet any and all needs of the Client. When ordering an item by viewing it on the Online Store, the consumer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days you can return or exchange an item if it has not met your expectations.

14 - TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS

(RETURNS) - DISTANCE ORDERS

In cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

 

15 - ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS, RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Although returns / exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days of distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if the following conditions are meticulously:

15.1. The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use.

15.2. You must return the item along with its packaging, manuals and immaculate accessories.

15.3. Together with the returned item, you will have to attach the invoice containing the same item.

In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange.

In cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.

 

16 - FORMS OF REFUND AND RETURNS

If you want a refund, it will be done via bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate at the time of the return request. Vinomatos, LDA - World Leaders in Mechanized Plantation will reimburse the amount paid for the article as soon as the technical verification of the product's status and verification of compliance with the conditions described above is made.
