With the company's 25th anniversary approaching, Vinomatos company inaugurated last September 2021 its new store in Ourém (Portugal) with a wide range of products. With extended opening hours, including weekends.
A modern commercial space of 2,500 m2 and an extensive outdoor area capable of housing a large park of machines, with space to grow soon: Vinomatos opened its premises in Casal dos Frades (Ourém), in September. Close to the IC9 exit towards Caxarias, there is a large commercial space with a wide range of offers: in addition to the ex-libris - the Révolution mechanized planting machine, Vinomatos has, in its new store, equipment from various brands of which it is a concessionaire, reseller or distributor: quad bikes, ATV vehicles, components for the most varied jobs in Agriculture, Civil Construction, Hardware, Gardening, DIY and even the necessary safety equipment for operators.
Among the various machines and equipment that can be found in the new space, renowned brands stand out, such as Fendt, Goldoni, Husqvarna, CF Moto, Kirpy, KPC, Nilfisk, Irrigation, Pecol, Mosh, VBC, Trimble, Seco, Toro, Liugong and more.
Vinomatos tractors launched in 2021
Highlighted in the new Showroom are the agricultural tractors of the Vinomatos brand, launched this year in 2021, and equipped with HM or Yanmar engines. With these new powerful agricultural machines, the company is now prepared to respond to all requests, offering a range of tractors with all powers: the Vinomatos tractors from 25hp to 55hp, the Goldoni tractors from 48hp to 120hp and the tractors Fendt from 70hp to 517hp.
To expand our product throughout Portugal, Europe and other parts of the world, we can only do so with our own brand of tractors. We are looking for dealers in Portugal to expand our product throughout the country and thus respond to the demand for Vinomatos tractors that we have been receiving.
New 'Révolution' planting machine now available
The most awaited novelty of the opening event of the new commercial space, which took place from the 24th to the 26th of September, was the presentation of the new GPS-guided planting machine, the “Révolution”, designed and manufactured by Vinomatos, which was presented on the day 24th of September at the grand opening to the public of the new commercial space. This is an innovative machine for planting vines, olives, almonds and various fruit trees, which promises to be a world-wide revolution in the agricultural sector.
At a press conference, Georges Mandrafina reveals: “this 'Révolution' machine is what I'm most proud of, we are manufacturing the machine in Caxarias, and we use 'Révolution' to provide mechanized planting services for vines, olive groves, almonds and fruit trees in Portugal and around the world, but we also sell it to other companies that are providing plantation services across the globe, because it is a machine that provides a high yield”.
As a leader in mechanized planting, Vinomatos provides services in 12 countries, on four continents, with more than 40 planting machines. “We only lack Australia and South Africa”, says Georges Mandrafina, with the prospect that it will be close to achieving these goals. The Portuguese market welcomed the “Révolution” last year, 2020, “but the machine was not with the capacity we have today, because it has already been improved, it is almost the last generation of the 'Révolution' and in 2022 we are predicting that we will have the machine completely autonomous, that is, today it needs five people but in the future the machine will be autonomous”.
The innovation of this “Révolution” planting machine lies in its ability to allow, in a unique way in the world, to carry out the entire planting and vine planting project, all in the same passage and regardless of the morphological characteristics of the land, ensuring perfect alignment. “Instead of hiring several companies, with Vinomatos and our machine people can have an integral solution, from materials to planting in a single pass”, while it is an environmentally friendly solution because “the our machine allows us to avoid wasting water and to obtain 100% of live plants”, he explains.
New drone spraying service announced
No evento, uma novidade foi anunciada: a Vinomatos vai começar a vender drones pulverizadores, tendo sido feita uma demonstração do funcionamento de um, com capacidade de 30 litros, ideal para pulverizar terrenos de grande dimensão, com por exemplo 16 hectares. Várias tecnologias de ponta foram integradas no drone para fornecer confiabilidade suficiente durante um voo, trazendo segurança, eficiência e produtividade. Estão equipados com sensores de anti-colisão e GPS de alta precisão. Uma forma rápida, eficaz e mais amiga do ambiente para obter resultados não alcançáveis com outras formas de pulverização. A Vinomatos, enquanto Líder Mundial em Plantação Mecanizada, procura com os drones pulverizadores dar ao público uma solução inovadora e eficaz para maior rendimento.
Em conferência de imprensa, Georges Mandrafina salienta que “os drones conseguem realmente obter a precisão na pulverização e permite uma grande redução no volume de água e de produtos aplicados nas plantas”.
Vinomatos' auction was a success
The opening event featured on Sunday, September 26th, a large auction of 165 new and used items, including agricultural implements, motor vehicles, agricultural planting materials, tractors, among many others. A large auction that Vinomatos held in partnership with the experienced auctioneer Avalibérica, and which took place in person in the Industrial Zone of Ourém and with simultaneous transmission and possibility of participation through digital channels.
On a day when the commercial space was flooded with visitors and customers, this auction became a success. Items that were not sold at the time were available for sale, and it was only necessary to get in touch with Vinomatos, through the various channels.

Located in the Casal dos Frades area in Ourém, the new Vinomatos retail space is open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 pm, on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
